MindfulMarch is LoveYourBrain's longest-running campaign, raising awareness and funding for brain injury support. YogaSix is joining to help make the power of yoga more accessible for everyone, especially those impacted by brain injury!
Why it matters: Brain injury (including concussion) happens every 11 seconds and is often invisible, leading to isolation and affecting mental, physical, and social health. While the medical system saves lives, it's not able to provide the ongoing care needed for healing.

Since 2014, LoveYourBrain has been pioneering yoga and mindfulness programs for healing after brain injury, researching the benefits for improving health, and helping nearly 50,000 feel more resilient, connected, and able to lead fulfilling lives.
